If you’ve read our Casumo review, you’ll know that we rate it highly in many departments. Where we would like to see an improvement is within the welcome bonus.

The current offer does offer value but with a maximum bonus of £25, it is a bit lower than the average. We’d like to see this be a bit more generous.

Furthermore, the time frame for debit card withdrawals is quite slow at up to 5 working days. Some sites pay these instantly, with around 3 days being the average. We’d like to see this improved as a debit card is a popular choice for depositing.

And finally, the £3 charge for withdrawals under £10 is highly unusual. It would be clearer if the minimum withdrawal was £10 as this is likely to suit most players.
